Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Saturday) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within the United States is 6–9 business days from dispatch. Total time = processing (24–48 h) + transit (6–9 business days).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow it at any time.

Carriers & Delays

We ship via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS and regional partners). Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by carrier volume or weather; if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help.
