Eligibility

How to Start a Return
Email contact@themosquitogear.com with your order number and reason for return. We reply within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
